Master Pumps & Dispensers

Compac’s range of Master Pumps and Dispensers are robust and reliable.

Our dispensers have many benefits and features, including:

  • Single or dual hose
  • Variety of flow rates - 40, 80, 160 or 400 lpm
  • Non wearing high performance COM50, COM125 or COM250 meter
  • C5000 electronics approved for use in Class 1 Zone 1 hazardous areas
  • Large display 6 x 25mm digits for displays with backlighting showing money only, or money, volume and unit price
  • Easy to service - most pipe connections are flanged minimising screwed connections and speeding up service.

Compac Master pumps and dispensers can be fitted with a Card Reader or PINPAD for user-friendly, unattended access, 24 hours a day. They can operate standalone or with a:

  • Compac DCA (Driveway Card Acceptor)
  • Compac OPT (Outdoor Payment Terminal)
  • Compac On-Pump authorisation system
  • Site controller
  • Third party controller (with the Compac RS232 interface or pulse output)

Complete units are tested at our in-house station before being dispatched.  This ensures your pump or dispenser is ready to go as soon as it arrives on site.

All our pumps and dispensers have New Zealand and Australian approvals so there are no issues with compliance.

Compac pumps and dispensers can also be individually tailored to suit your needs:

  • Marinisation with displays and C5000 processor mounted in sealed weatherproof boxes.  All panels and pipework are stainless steel with meter epoxy coated.  Splash tray in base to prevent water from splashing up from beneath
  • Aviation models with stainless steel pipework and solenoids.  No brass used.
  • Hi/Lo flow switching for 160 lpm models allowing 80lpm filling for smaller vehicles
  • Displays available on one side only, or on both sides
  • Hose assembly to suit market with a range of breakaways and nozzles available
  • Pylons are available for extra hose reach
  • Overfill protection for the 400 lpm model
  • Customised look dispensers powdercoated to your colours with custom decals
  • Protocol available in Compac or Gilbarco
  • Fuel options include 91, 98, Diesel, Avgas, Jet, Ethanol, Biodiesel
  • Other requests can be discussed

Compac can supply valves for bulk metering applications:

  • Available size range (with flowrates) is 2" (800 lpm), 3" (2,000 lpm), 4" (4,000 lpm), and 6" (6,000 lpm)
  • Slow start, modulating flow rate control, ramp down and preset shut-off
  • EXD control solenoids
  • Cast steel construction with ASA150 flanges
  • Suitable for petrol, diesel, avgas, jetA1 and oil
