Product Identification

Ensure you are using the correct installation instructions and footprint drawing before commencing site work or installation.

CAUTION: Ensure that the flowrate is within the parameters described on the Identification plate

The identification plate is fastened to the bottom of the right-hand side panel when facing the front of the dispenser. The model number is on the first line of the identification plate.

In the example above the  model number above, MASTER MMR160S, indicates tht the unit is a Standard Multi-hose Master Dispenser with a flow-rate of 160 litres per minute. 

Understanding the Model Number

The model number for both LASER and MASTER Pumps and Dispensers is split into Style + Flow rate + Pump style + Hose configuration + Option.

Style Codes

  • MR = Master single hose
  • MMR = Master multi-hose
  • MMA = Master multi-hose (AdBlue)
  • MA = Master single hose (AdBlue)
  • L = Laser single hose
  • LL = Laser multi-hose

Flow Rates

  • 40 = 40 L/min
  • 80 = 80 L/min
  • 160 = 160 L/min
  • 400 = 400 L/min
  • 30-160 = Side A 30 L/min, Side B 160 L/min
  • 80-40 = Side A 80 L/min, Side B 40 L/min
  • 160-80 = Side A 160 L/min, Side B 80 L/min
  • 160-40 = Side A 160 L/min, Side B 40 L/min
  • 400-80 = Side A 400 L/min, Side B 80 L/min
  • 400-160 = Side A 400 L/min, Side B 160 L/min

Pump Style

  • P = Pump
  • S = Dispenser

Hose Configuration

  • (blank) = Standard (1 hose, or 2 hoses one each end)
  • D = Dual outlets (2 hoses, one end)
  • Q = Quad outlets (4 hoses, two per product)

Options

  • Blank = Standard
  • Avi = Aviation
  • Marine = Marine
  • Rack = Rack
  • Tank = Tank
  • Fillmaster / Fillmaster Ex

 

Other information on the Identification plate 

The Identification Plate also has the following information:

  • Weights and Measures Certificate number
  • Date of Manufacture
  • Serial number
  • Product for each hose
  • MMQ for each hose (This is the minimum delivery quantity for W&M compliance.)
  • Applications eg Blank = standard, Avi = Aviation, Marine = Marine
